Director, John Wyvern Edmonds is a career banker and mortgage broker with over 35 years experience in Retail Banking and Finance Consulting.

Kellykat Pty Ltd was established in 2002 as a Mortgage Broking service sourcing home loans, equipment finance and commercial finance for clients of professional firms including solicitors, accountants, financial planners and real estate agencies.  In 2010 the business was renamed Wyvern Finance in preparation for new N.C.C.P. licensing regulations.

Having spent 25 years with one of Australia’s major banks, John has a thorough understanding of the workings and requirements of our domestic credit industry.  He knows what the banks are looking for in a loan application and is well placed to assist you, the client meet the onerous demands often made by the banks.  Inside knowledge has also taught him that any one lender is not ‘all things to all clients’.  A bad experience with your own bank is not necessarily a true reflection of other lender’s attitudes.
