We offer full service finance consulting and mortgage broking.  Located on Mount Tambourine in the Gold Coast hinterland, we have affiliations throughout Australia via the FirstFolio Group and other finance professionals.  We can source finance for your proposal through our lenders panel and affiliations.  We also provide our clients with referrals to trusted solicitors, accountants and financial planners.

No brokerage fees are charged for normal residential and investment lending.  The lender pays us a commission based on the size of the settled transaction and does not add a premium to your loan costs.  In most cases the loan product will be the same as that offered ‘across the counter’ by the lenders.  The benefit to you, the client, is we will assess loans from a range of lenders to select the most appropriate for your needs.  The bank will only offer you their product and it might not be the premium product for you.  Our experience and technology enables us to assess each client’s unique circumstances and determine which lenders will accept a proposal and which of those offers the best combination of pricing and product suitability.  We do the ‘searching and sorting’ and you get the benefit of our expertise for free.
